Restaurant/places to eat in Bastion Hotel Vlaardingen

Room was great. Aircon worked, even in winter. bathroom, big and luxurious.

Buffet breakfast in Bastion Hotel Vlaardingen

The hotel is located within a developing residencial area near the highway. Lobby was nice, King Size Bed room as well. Spacious, comfortable and a cozy King Size Bed as well as a big tv screen. Parking was for free. Location is perfect for the ones dont want to stay in downtown. Easy to reach by car. Metro station is 5-10 minutes walk and it take around 15 mins to Rotterdam donwotwn or 15-20 minutes to Hoek van Holland beach. Burger King and KFC in walking distance, but no supermarkets or other restaurants. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Staff have been frienldy with below mentioned exception

Property building in Bastion Hotel Vlaardingen

Nice, clean, comfortable room. Delicious food. There is a pool table and darts downstairs near the restaurant and reception which was nice. The room has the ability to add temperature as needed and this is very important!

My third stay here (though in the past its been booked for me), easy to park, nice enough rooms, clean, really does what one expects a buisness type hotel to do! The staff are helpful and the restaurant is passable.

the staff was very friendly and communicative. they spoke good english and explained all the details i asked for. they were also very nice in the morning, so we decided to even stay for breakfast there.

Hotel has got a bar/restaurant on-site. Close to a Metro station. All basic facilities included for a reasonable price.

The hot shower in particular is EXACTLY what you need after exploring the area's around. And the coffee in the canteen is EXACTLY what you need to continue your journey after your stay. Also the staff will happily explain things that are obvious to them, but not so obvious to us. Like the best way to walk to the closest metro station.
